Trainings and Meetings attended:

One or more HDFS cohort members attended each of the training and informational meetings offered by the larger AU cohort. HDFS cohort members who attended shared information with those who were unable to attend.

Some of our members participated in a Technology Test Drive workshop to learn about potential ePortfolio platforms.

One HDFS cohort member attend each of the presentations by Brandon Butler regarding copyright issues for multimedia projects.

We participated in round table discussions with faculty from other units.

Our entire team attended a full-day ePortfolio Faculty BootCamp.

Two of our members attended a roundtable discussion by Tracy Penny Light on evaluating and providing feedback on course assignments that help students revise for the integrated Career Portfolio and others attended Tracy Penny Light’s faculty workshop on using ePortfolios to assess learning outcomes.

We have actively engaged in conversations with faculty from other departments on their use of ePortfolios.

Four cohort members participated in workshops and discussions with Dr. Kathy Takayama.
